That's it?
Germany isn't a slave state??
That's your answer??

Earlier you said Germany, Sweden, G.B.-- were "less free" than America.
Is there some X2 Sliding Scale of Freedom where you say -whooops- this country just isn;t free enough for me! Time to intervene and take these kids to America!
Until that magic moment, you seem to be saying that it's perfectly acceptable for children to be kidnapped by an unstable mother who then deserts them, for these children to become wards of the state, which I assume they are if the German foster care system is similar to ours, and to ignore the parental rights of the remaining parent (and he's even an American, who wants to raise his children in the greatest, bestest, free-est nation in the world!)

Also when it came to Elian, you were adamant about what HE wanted, about his right to choose where he wished to live. Yet you don't even mention the wishes of these two children in Germany. If you are going to ignore parental rights, or deny they exist, which you seem to be doing here, then what about the rights of the children as individuals?

"Germany isn't a slave state" begs the question completely.
