Simple corporate focus. CMTN is at the CLECs big and WSTL is at BEL, BT, SBC with potential to focus on Asia and BS. Note that BEL has small rollup and SBC just moving in fast forward. BT rollout is around 6 mos behind. WSTL has little in the DSLAM area to compete with CMTN. It is mostly focused on the remote side and ADSL only. These are rather large customers. And the stock only rallied on the expectation!. After a couple of qtrs. the reality strikes, so I was just trying to help get you started before it doubles Again.
