contrarian1437: Barrons is constantly planning and timing to release shocking reports to sell more of its rag to the public. The unwitting victims are those who believe what they read in a publication that has no credibility. Early this year, Barrons made a lame admission that it has been wrong about DELL for so long. Re: If you would have known about this article on Friday any time before the close, Would u have shorted the stock? (Or bought puts?) No! To short a gorilla like CSCO, based on a self-serving piece of writing, is like committing an economic suicide. Remember, this stock is a favorite of traders and investors alike. It goes down but it comes right back. Besides, I don't follow blindly what magazine writers, market gurus, experts and analysts say. I do my own hard research or due diligence. Good luck to you too.
