It comes down to Yields. RMBS yields at 800Mhz are poor Many article show this. SRAM/DDR do not see to have this problem as the clock speeds are at a different level 133/266mhz. Bandwidth is the same as single channel RDRAM for DDR. Video chips are using DDR now and not RMBS what does that foretell?
