Can anyone help me find a shareware program I'm looking for?

In Windows 3.1, there used to be a neat utility that would change your wallpaper each time you booted up. I think it was called "chngscr" or something like that (back in the old 8-character filename days). I'm wondering if anyone knows of a similar shareware-type program that would rotate your wallpaper bitmaps, and maybe your pointers (or even desktop themes)?
