I don't think it is the "she" that makes Pat the way she is. I have known many controllers and engineers who are the same, most happened to have been "he". As to GG I think he is the way he is and could care less about the details that many want from him. I would go on to bet that he is the last person you would ever want doing detail work. Take what you get from GG and use it as best you can. He has a rare talent - leave the detail work to someone whose brain is wired for it.
