Doug, we all have long term holds. You haven't captured the market. I would never had been able to work up a great bank acount (sharing with the government or good business) were it not for the long term holds but now is now and then is then. "hundreds and thousands of percent" You bought CSCO at $2.. and of course we believe every word. Well I bought QCOM at 1/2 and BRCM at .00002 cents. When there is no confirmation or list of posts we are just in the position of listening to anyone claiming just about anything. This is an electronic forum where everyone can be anyone they want for as long as they want. Why you can be masquarading as Michael Dell while working out of a 1 room shanty in New Falls, Nebraska.. No one can research or even care to it so you are safe.

This forum has posts that are indelible. I don't seem to recall your calling those postions at that point in time. I have Israeli stocks from almost their inceptions but I don't go on invoking the success because I didn't call them in a timely manner in 1987. No matter who you invoke the past, it does not have any meaning for the future. I'm glad I sold my 8 positions at the end of March and saving myself 68 to 148% of consequent loses and making 25-40% on top of that. Ignoring the past 8 weeks is just being in denial. Those who sold in March did very well.. end of sentence. No one ever denied the market was good in the past few years, but profits SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN.
