Dear Lafayette: Well, speaking only for myself and sticking purely to technology I would list the following as stocks to buy on dips: INTC CSCO SUNW EMC ORCL WCOM AOL Now, these are NOT the only stocks I like at the right price but they are all large cap companies, strongly entrenched in their respective fields and if you buy them on dips I cannot see how you could fail to make a very nice return over the years. I have a total of 21 equities at the moment, but for purposes of my comments selected the above to make my point and offer a little in several different sectors but obviously my favorite theme is the internet infrastructure which in my mind at least is the biggest event in human communication since the advent of the printing press.
