Perhaps this has been answered before and if so, I apologize but I can't figure it out. What is the tax basis for the new shares of CUBED and HLIT? In other words, if my original cost for 200 shares of CUBE is 100%, how much is allocated to the 108.54 shares of HLIT and how much is allocated to the 200.00 shares of CUBED? Looks like it should be something like 75% HLIT and 25% CUBED but is there an exact formula somewhere?

(This is an investor/public relations nightmare with a temporary 20-day stock symbol, etc. What a strange way to structure a deal.)
