Dave B,

I suppose its good Dell is selling PC 600 instead of some lower speed version. But I suspect the PC Mag & PC World tests were done with PC 800. For one Dell did not reduce memory frequency from 356 to 266 on their help screens until a couple weeks ago, and PC 800 has been unavailable since about late February/early March. Those tests were likely done before then, or with a special system containing PC 800. I'm rather disappointed with Dell, but think this yield problem will work it self out.

Did you happen to ask Dell when PC 800 would become available? Last I was told is June.

Thanks,

seotton
