Mike: I do not know the answer to your question which is a good one. I suggest you call the IR guy, Jon Vaux at (888)999-8787 and see if you can find out. Please let us know if you do. I would doubt there has been any insider selling in this issue, as the principals hit a gas well last year that gave them a pretty good return on their investment according to Jon. If there was any selling, I would take it as a very large NEGATIVE. Regarding the earlier post as to financials. Jon told me they did not have any audited financials at this time, but they had $1 million in the bank for operating capital which he assumed was sufficient to get them to a positive cash flow.
