Chip, I look at a variety of things, One thing I especially
look for is a cluster of either price or time targets that
are all close to one another. It is possible to get Fib
retracement levels that are near each other but have been
calculated using different time periods and different price
patterns. We saw that at NASD 2250 when we had a fib retrace
of one magnitude from Oct 8th of 1998 and another from the
Oct 1987 low.

Also if we see other types of TA yielding price magnets in
the same general area.
