Anyone who knows me knows that I've been pretty patient with this company going all the way back to the spring of 1996.

My initial impression is that I think this buyout totally sucks.

I don't care about any long-term benefits of being affiliated with QLogic, or imagined synergies or anything else. I bought ANCR, not QLogic.

I think the shareholders are getting screwed. I agree with whoever wrote earlier that we should have "dated" a little more before getting taken out, watched the rampup, maybe seen the stock price get a little higher, and then tried to get a nice little premium before doing something like this.

Nice to see the market's reaction to the deal, some premium, eh?

Mark, not happy today.
