Yes, I would just sum up them so we get total MSI. This would be an integration of the different wafer sizes and would show how much is actually being used. The market for the chips really doesn't care if they came from 75mm wafers or 300mm wafers, just cost and performance.

Another number I'd like to see graphed is gates/transistors per year. Fabs may (will) stick with 200mm for awhile but go to smaller line widths to get more gates on a square inch of wafer.

Anyway, if you and fatboy think it is worth keeping, I'd love to add them to my semilinks page.
