well, it's been a year since that last post, gold is still in the toilet, and today I received my notice of class action settlement in the securities fraud action against Golden Rule...no money will be paid, only worthless stock and--I love this--warrants to purchase even more worthless stock...it looks like the lawyers were unable to obtain much justice for us, but at least they are not charging us anything... I guess GNU's management will get the last laugh after all, unless criminal charges are brought that stick. This sucks, at least with Bre-X David Walsh died in the end Best regards, Otter
