Rick,

Please cull this list...

A late entry into the critique boutique:

MLNM - Outstanding vision, management and execution; somebody give a company-specific reason why they won't be the biggest biopharma in five to ten years? So why don't I own any?

VRTX - Powerful science in rational design, powerful pipeline, like JB. Why has their PI flopped? What happened to their sickle cell candidate? (Rhetorical questions - MZ) Probably should own but don't currently.

NBIX - I leave neuroscience to a much more qualified bunch here at SI. But I own a smidge.

NRGN - See NBIX above.

MAXM - IMO MM PIII results were dramatic, filing NDA this summer, FDA will give them the broad label, HCV will be treated w/ Maxamine long before pivotal trials are done, could breath new life into cytokine immunotherapy... let me know when this becomes spam. Of course I'm long.

VPHM - Hopefully will fix the problems this time around. Own some from when it dipped silly cheap.

NBSC - Know you love them. Don't own (finite choices).

BTRN - Own them for leverage and diversification out of some of my typical therapeutic areas.

SEPR - Should own it.

VIRS - Only one on list that I would question, don't think the issue is just South Africa. Don't own.

ITMN - If they replicate the Austrian results, they should be big. Will own it.

NPSP - I think there are enough posts around here on my thoughts here. Positive AMGN results woudl make me happy, success in osteo (either program) would make me ecstatic. Own it.
