A few of us complained to SI last summer when the Golden Lists was moved from "short term traders".

Here's the replies I received from SI:

"Unfortunately, there are strict standards for penny stock threads (because of the way the threads are handled through SI and separate "penny stock" liability issues), and we have to leave them in that category if most of some of the lists are penny-stock oriented."

"The SEC has a separate "warning" for penny stock investors, and we used to have that link on all the penny stock threads. I'm not sure if we've moved the link to the new site yet, but I'll check."
