Am I again smoking something, or is the deal off if ANCR drops to 31 (or lower) ? In the conference call it was specifically stated: "no price collars". Must be a flashback Herb. :-) More interestingly, there was "no comment" on whether Ancor has to pass any milestones for the deal to go through, and ditto for what the backout penalty is. - nic
