I noticed that biobiznet.com has published its weekly BioMedTech Index of stocks under $30. IMO, a lot of these stocks look good, with probably ADVR having the most upside potential. At 0.4 to 0.5/share, ADVR is probably worth the risk. Also of the stocks that were up last week, IMGN had strong fundamental news, and IMGN, GENE and NEOT still look good to me.
