Steve -- the stocks are behaving very well, today, so far. But, I would hardly see 300K shares at 5 p.m. as "painting of the tape." Our guys are using their "good news" wonderfully. We still have the official numbers from NN to come (I hope even better than the prelims.) and approvals of the merger and the split. This baby has plenty of room to run yet, if not subjected to too much bad background noise. Mike
