Sonoma appoints Interim Chief Operating Officer
CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 8th, 2000--Sonoma Financial Corporation/Victormaxx Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: VMAX) one of the largest payday advance operations in the greater Chicago area announces the appointment of John Conlisk as Interim Chief Operating Officer. He will be responsible for store operations, financial controls, reporting, and administrative matters.
Mr. Conlisk has over twenty-five years of corporate and operating level experience, including senior positions with both publicly held multi-billion dollar international companies and small, privately held companies.
His responsibilities have included SEC and shareholder reporting with Beatrice Companies, Inc. and hair care retailer SuperCuts, Inc.
