MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (Dow Jones)--Adobe Systems Inc.'s (ADBE) Adobe
PhotoDeluxe and Adobe Photoshop software for Windows and Macintosh will be bundled with two flat-bed scanners from Umax Technologies Inc. Umax Technologies is a unit of Umax Data Systems Inc., a Taiwan maker of scanners.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
In a press release, Adobe said its software will be bundled with Umax's Vista-S6E and Vista-S12 scanners. The products will be available mid-June.

The suggested list price for the Vista-S6E scanner, including the Adobe PhotoDeluxe software bundle, is $445. For the Photoshop software bundle, the suggested list price is $699.
The suggested list price for the Vista-S12 scanner, including the full
version of Photoshop software bundle, is $995. For the bundle including a limited edition version of Photoshop, the suggested list price is $895, the company said.

Separately, Adobe said its its PhotoDeluxe Version 1.0 software for Windows is now available. Adobe PhotoDeluxe is available on CD-ROM for Windows 3.1,Windows 95 and Windows NT for an estimated street price of $89. Adobe Systems, based here, develops and sells software used to create,print display text and graphics for electronic documents.
