Skeeter, interesting.

I must thank you for talking about the zone diet
a few years ago. Last summer I went on it for the
first time and I managed to go down to about 12% BF
from around 20% in about 6 months. I never really
counted calories but the 30-30-40 was very effective.
Over the last 3 months I goofed off a bit but I'm
still in pretty good shape.
