Go for it, Director.
I hope you make it but I'm not buying any more.
I've been following this company for about 4 years now through both Softquad and NewKidCo. I've done plenty of due diligence, talked to management many times, and have given them the benefit of the doubt too many times.
That last release was another example of why we are in trouble. They had already told people that they needed money in their press conference so they should have issued a carefully worded, clear statement of the situation with quotes by management that would soften this news to keep the price stable for the upcoming funding, on the heels of 800% increase in revenues (which has now been rendered impotent). But instead we get a release that puts everyone in panic, stock price drops 50% and now we are forced to fund at 100% more dilution than a month ago.

One of two things have to happen, in my opinion, if we are to see any shareholder value : the company has to be sold or there has to be a management reorganization immediately.
