Please call regarding a buyback. A colleague of mine spoke with the President and sent letters to the directors on precisely this point. Opti's plan is to use the next six months or so to get the business on track and they want the cash for maximum flexibiity, including acquisitions. While the President say that shareholder value is the #1 topic of top management and the directors, its not clear to me why this flexibility needs $57 million in cash. Feel free to remind them.
