1) The French bank, Banque Lyonnaise, had 7 MM shares to dump. As of the first of April, they had 3.9 MM left.
2) S1 filed, quiet period ends a week from Thursday
3) NITE is the MM for the French bank. These shares were not involved last Friday. I think people panicked.
4) After the quiet period, they can announce a Nasdaq filing, who the players are, etc. I am told there are a lot of neat products and contracts forthcoming.
5) Re the 100MM financing deal. It is an equity deal. They do not need to start drawing on it until the fall, if need be.
