I want to share with you a recent e-mail reply (May 6) I received from Glen Myers. I believe it speaks to the quality of the man and OUR company.

Yes, I'm aware of the problems you mention. Ths most significant problem is the "shorts" Not so much the ligitimate shorts who take short positions when they truly believe that the stock is overpriced, but the shorts who manipulate time and time again the price of a particular stock by purposely creating false rumors for the express purpose of manipulating the market. These are getting more and more blatant and I hope the SEC takes a much more serious look at these practices.

I've been advised that the best thing we can do is keep our noses to the grindstone and continue to grow our business in a steady and predictable way, and that over the long haul this will produce the right results for our "real" shareholders."

I find it reassuring that the CEO of our company will take the time to personally answer his e-mail in a timely manner. And not just his e-mail from the BIG BOYS but also from small, concerned shareholders like myself.

THIS IS A QUALITY COMPANY WITH QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND NO ONE IS GOING TO DRIVE ME OUT WITH A FEW "SHORT" SCARE TACTICS. I'M IN IT FOR THE "LONG" HAUL AND DAMN GLAD OF IT!!!
