A friend spoke to the company today. Looks like they are in transition, focusing more on PCI audio and LAPTOP, NOT DESKTOP market -- these are their 2 "strong" points and this what they intend to focus on due to Intel's dominance in the desktop market. They might buy back shares, comes up at board meetings. Wasn't really in a position to pound the table on that though (easy to say to do it, not always easy to tell them to). However, it does come up. In any regard, they REALIZE they have all that cash and they SAY they intend to use it. That's all I really care about, a stock buyback isn't necessary if they use the cash for acquisitions. They're talking about acquisitions of small $5 million companies not one big purchase. Looks like the future is promising. I think the worst will be over after this quarter. You can't lose by buying some shares now and just holding on. It seems that money managers are specifically looking for companies like this (I sure am). This is what you call VALUE investing, buy on any weakness. Regards, PrettyBoy
