What he means is that there is a large supply of CVCI shares coming to market when insiders agreement not to sell shares for a given period expires. Since the amount of shares "available" for sale when the lock up expires, there is a possibility that the shares will decline markedly. Because the shares are tied to VECO, VECO shares could be dragged down if CVCI shares decline due to excessive supply.
