Allen:

I asked a senior INTS employee about why INTS is where it
is today. The reason I did this is because, while WIND is
flying high, I am concered about entering here with such
high downside risk on even a minor stumble.

As per the employee comments, lot of insiders had their
options repriced at 9 -11. Company is buying back shares
and employees also buying in the open market. The person I
talked to bought more from open market at 12.5.

Could there be a turnaround in INTS after Q1 release in June?
Is this a good entry point? Market expects only 5c from the
company. There is a resoanble upside. The problem waiting till
June release is that Institutions buy early and INTS jumps up
or down 5 points on a given day at times of news.

Advice sought.
