<The Fed funds rate should be HELD. In late 98 when Greenspan lowered rates to rescue the world, he blew it by over stimulus. Now he is erring on over caution.> Actually I disagree with the last part. I believe he's painted himself into a corner and has to do what he is doing now. To keep rates low here would be folly. DAK
