Damn ambulance chasers. How many of these jerks do you think were short the stock before issuing their "class action" press releases? Gotta wonder, though - with four of these [insert derogatory word of your choice here - I don't wanna get sued too] vying for them, would there be any money left for the class members anyway? If Akkermans or anyone else sold based on material non-public information, sic the SEC on them and force them to disgorge their profits. Leave the rest of us the hell alone. Bob
