The two-flow they kept as internal knowhow, undisclosed, according to the 4/20 EE Times interview with Nakamura. Now he's over here, walking around with the blueprint in his head. I assume he's still restricted from disclosing it. It's interesting that he and DenBaars have ordered a machine from EMCORE for their GaN device research at UCSB. If their (his) reactor design really is as superior as Nakamura claims, Nichia must be a little concerned about this:

A formal research collaboration has been established between EMCORE and Professors Nakamura and DenBaars. This collaboration will provide a feedback loop for UCSB to communicate tool performance data to EMCORE that will enable EMCORE to integrate design and performance improvements into their MOCVD tool designs.
