I just spoke with Spencer. He pointed out that the press release merely announces Rec Oil and Evans intention to form a joint venture. No orders have been generated for GRNO yet. He said that the Rec Oil / Evans joint venture may possibly be viewed as a new entity (not subject to RecOils royalty free status?). However it is unknown at this time whether royalties will be involved as no negotiations have begun between the joint venture and GRNO. Conclusion: it may be premature to rush out and order your new yacht based on royalty projections at this early stage in the game!
