I'm a registered Republican. And, in the 80's, I told my fellow attorneys that local and regional banks didn't have the savvy to handle deregulation. We are still paying for that mess!!!!!!!! Not all deregulation has lovely results. You have to look at things on a case-by-case basis. I don't trust people to wisely invest this money & not later ask me for a colossal bail-out. This has nothing to do with Cuba.
