Claude we are talking about two different things both of which we understand. I'm talking about the exit strategy for the shareholders: it's either a buyout or production and I don't see how they are financed to achieve either. The deposit(s) are only part of the story, in my view. It's like a good high-tech idea with no money. The money usually owns the deal.
