yes, completely agree that the instability of the platform at times, which often seemed to come at the exact moments when there was the greatest trading opportunity, certainly affected my trading confidence very very negatively as well... and limited my earnings substantially as a result. But, the magnitude of the account errors today may be the final straw. even assuming everything is OK, when I dial in tomorrow, not sure if I can rebuild any trust with the organization after this... unless we get an enormous amount of detail about the nature of the problem, and the solutions implemented... there just seems to be too much wrong all the time, to deal with, on top of the intense focus needed for successful trading...
