Victor, It is my opinion that Carl has a serious financial interest in seeing RMBS not be successful. There could be other reasons, even non-financial ones. For example, I'd love to see Oracle crash and burn and Larry Ellison married to some guy name Bubba up in Folsom. But it has nothing to do with any financial reasons. They're personal reasons. Maybe Carl was with a company that bet the farm on RDRAM (a graphics card company?) and went belly up when RDRAM was delayed. Maybe Geoff Tate ran over his dog. Who knows? Dave
