Actualy, Scrapps I did. The program says that my modem is not upgradable even though I bought only 60 days ago and it has 56K all over the box. In any case I am not worried about the upgrade for myself, I will get it. One of the busiest COMPUSAs on 5th Ave in NY City not knowing how to do the upgrade is what bothers me. If I am not mistaking the upgrades are only supposed to be available in CompUsa and Best Buy.
