agreement with Imaginet Communications for the final implementation of
its Rhostar E-Commerce website which can be accessed at

Rhostar will initially provide two software programs. The first
being the MAGNESITE RETRIEVER followed by the RHOMBIC EXPLORER. The
Rhostar website will become fully operational in May for the online
distribution of MAGNESITE.
MAGNESITE is a comprehensive and powerful site grabber that can
download and localize web content for reference and use offline. This
can provide a convenient and timesaving method of gathering and
organizing data for students, researchers and users of all kinds.
RHOMBIC EXPLORER will be a personal search engine that will
complement existing search engine utilities. It will provide a
facility for automated web based searches and information gathering on
topics specified by the end user. It will also provide a means to
localize and organize relevant material and run prescheduled
unattended web searches.
