Schwab capital mkts is the new name for MASH - e.g, Schwab bought out mash.

right now it will only work as follows:

1. for otc bb (that mash makes a mkt in)
2. for nasdaq - only when it gets locked out from hhg and nite

we hope to open up mash for nasdaq in general by next week
