Thanks for helping me understand the rules. So let's just
pretend for a minute that John Haines isn't shorting
against his position which is officially free to trade
on Sept. 1, 2000...what about the other 24.4 million
shares on the list? And what about the statement made by
the company itself in that filing?
"SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF OUR SHARES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RESALE,
WHICH MAY HAVE A DEPRESSIVE EFECT ON THE MARKET AND DECREASE THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE."
(the caps were not my idea, it appears that way in the
S3)
So, who could possible be selling? Just a few nervous
nellies?
Hmmmm, I wonder if there are any connections to any well
known promoters buried in that long list of sellers.
