Immunex was the top-performing biotech stock in the last two years. In my book, it is still a buy. It exploded from 1 billion to 40 billion in mkt cap in 2 1/2 years, before being halved last month. Hi SXB...My research doesn't include what the Street.Com is pumping....I could care less what the Street.com owns....When the Sector goes down...they will all go down....When you have companies with 4 billion in market cap...on stage II and III studies...that have a reasonable expectation of 30 million in revenue..(but burn more cash than that in a Quarter).....(When they start doing Huge bond offerings and Mergers...That benefit only the Brokers[not to mention secondaries])......Sorry Dude...I think it's hype....I don't expect you to agree ....Frankly...I would be worried if you did.
