Well 75K disks is the "REAL truth". It is not your fault however, Computer Reseller News screwed up.

They did state in the article that the disks manufactured between March 13 and April 20, 1997, are subject to the recall, and the problem with the disks stems from faulty components supplied by a third-party manufacturer.

By the way, just for the record, I am one of those "Iomega types" except I dump on Syquest on a regular basis, not just when there is news.
