chuck - I also think that teevee is one of the most knowledgeable posters on both SI and SW though I have often vocally disagreed with him when he switches into more of a promo or cheerleading type of roll. As for the de facto thing, if teevee is not 100% sure that a mine will be built then he has undergone a huge shift in his thinking and this is what I was pointing out. Also your shots at not paying attention don't wash as you are quite clearly the one who is not familiar with what has transpired in the past.
PS - It's "de facto" and you can find it in any dictionary.
