to provide suppliers on-demand real-time integration into the entire MarketSite community of exchanges.

"Ironside has demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering solutions to business suppliers for seamlessly

officer for Commerce One. "We expect that the Ironside Network service will accelerate suppliers' ability to
participate in MarketSite exchanges, while delivering business buyers the uninterrupted real-time supplier
integration they demand. We believe that Ironside's supplier expertise and sell-side offerings will accelerate
seamless seller/buyer connectivity across buying communities."

"Commerce One has built a reputation for providing the fabric for some of the world's largest trading exchanges,"
said Ironside Chief Operating Officer Derek Smyth. "xCBL support advances Ironside's promise for connecting
sellers with buyers, regardless of how the buyer elects to conduct business, and ensures Ironside Powered
