Jeff, They stated in one of the press releases that the spinoff was not going to happen.

Given the facts that we have now, vague as they be, I think the market may not be undervaluing INEL by all that much. It is unclear to me how much debt and cash INEL will have after the IM deal is completed, but the way I read it they may still have a substantial amount of long term debt.

At any rate, the only reason to hold INEL at this point is for the interest in XLCT and it would probably be smarter to own XLCT directly if you like their prospects. Personally I was only in INEL because I expected that the IM deal outcome would benefit INEL shareholders. It did not, so I sold at 3 the day after the announcement.
