Did you see the recent news that people are calling for government investigation into AOL's alleged instant messaging monopoly? Sure. Why not. Between AIM and ICQ AOL has a 90% market share in the IM market, along with a very large portion of the ISP market, and they took extremely non-competitive actions last fall when the actually changed their software more than once to break competitors software designed to work with AIM. To not go after AOL (I own some Time Warner, BTW) with the same enthusiasm with which they attacked MSFT would be inexcusable.
