Ref AOL-TWX,

The two knew what they were getting into. The combination will be a giant with wide reach. While AOL/Mr. Case sat at the table accusing MSFT I knew this day would come sooner rather than later for AOL. When you are big you are going to step on toes even if that is not your intent.

But far beyond that, why AOL-TWX would even think of pulling the kind of stunt they did with Disney is just beyond me. A decision like that is not made by some jr. exec way down the ladder on his own. Within 5 years AOL-TWX will be signing some kind of consent decree with the FTC/DOJ and they have no one to blame for it but themselves.

I have zero sympathy for AOL-TWX. They will reap what they have sown. Which will be government interference with the way they run their company.

IMHO
