The good part is that this greatly improves the balance sheet so the chances of bankruptcy or delisting are now extremely slim, IMO. Also, in contrast to some prior financing, there is no discount on the conversion of the preferred.

If my memory is correct, most of the prior warrants are excercisable at prices over $5 per share, and now the current warrants are at least at a 30% premium.
